Arte urbano video – February 2017 | Art Is Trash

Who is behind Art Is Trash?

Behind the name Art Is Trash stands Francisco de Pájaro, a street artist working in Barcelona – this video was published on 2017-02-14. Since 2009 he has turned rubbish left on the pavement – boxes, bags, mattresses, old furniture – into wild, comic figures painted on the spot. The works are deliberately short-lived and usually vanish with the next garbage collection. Beyond Barcelona, his trash art has also appeared in cities such as London and New York.
